Alliance Environmental Group, Inc. (AEG), in cooperation with Sovereign Bank, Rodman Real Estate and the Central Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce (CRICC) are pleased to offer a lunch seminar at Macera's Italian Restaurant on March 18, 2009. In addition to a casual light lunch we will present the following program:

12:00    Arrive, meet the presenters, find your seat and help yourself to a light lunch.

12:20    Neil Amper from Rodman Real Estate will discuss his recently completed 2008 study of Commercial Real Estate values in the Rhode Island market. Mr. Amper will include data on both sales and leasing values. He will be available to discuss trends that he has observed.

             12:40   Rich Hittinger from AEG will discuss the most
                        common environmental problems that they have
                        seen recently, how they have delayed financing and
                        property transfers and what you can do now to avoid
                        those delays even if you are not currently thinking of
                        selling or using your property as collateral for a loan.

             1:00    John Silva from Sovereign Bank will discuss recent
                        trends in commercial lending and what to expect in
                        the future. He will focus on what banks need with
                        respect to environmental issues as well as general
                        lending practices.

1:20      All presenters will be available to answer questions and we encourage group discussions.

1:40 to 2:00 we will adjourn the seminar.

Although there is no charge for the seminar or for lunch, seating is limited, so please register early.
